Kelly has been an educator for over 17 years. She currently runs the Learn 2 Read OC program for California Youth Services. Learn 2 Read OC is a tutoring, screening, and resource program for students with dyslexia. Kelly is also a parent of a child with dyslexia and has a parent perspective of the IEP process.
